1. Eligibility. All members must be at least 21 years of age. Membership is by application and subject to approval at the sole discretion of Reno Tahoe Cigar Club ("the Club").

2. Dues & Payment. Members agree to pay membership dues in full and on schedule using their selected payment method. Dues are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Private Club & Access. The Club is a private, members-only facility offering 24/7/365 access. Access credentials (keys, codes, fobs) are non-transferable and must not be shared with non-members. Members are responsible for any guests they bring.

4. Conduct & House Rules. Members agree to abide by all house rules and to treat fellow members, guests, and Club property with respect. The Club reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for conduct deemed harmful to the Club or its members.

5. Lockers & Personal Property. Private lockers are licensed, not leased. The Club is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to cigars or personal property stored on premises.

6. Smoking & Health. Members acknowledge the known health risks of tobacco use and assume all risk associated with smoking on the premises. The Club is a designated tobacco-permitted facility.

7. Assumption of Risk & Release. Members enter and use the Club at their own risk and release the Club, its owners, staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, or damage occurring on the premises, except where caused by gross negligence.

8. Compliance with Law. Members will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws while on Club premises, including age and tobacco regulations.

9. Termination. The Club may terminate membership at any time for violation of these terms, with or without refund of unused dues, at the Club's discretion.

10. Amendments. The Club may update these terms from time to time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
